Getting caught up in the world, we sometimes forget what is important to us. We may not have spent time exploring who we are and what matters to us. We may be unaware of our thoughts and behavior patterns and let them run our lives. Stephanie helps clients become aware of these thought patterns and behaviors, discern what is helpful and not helpful, explore what matters to them, and take direction towards a more meaningful life.

Stephanie utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an empirically based intervention utilizing behavioral changes and commitment strategies, with acceptance and mindfulness techniques, to increase psychological flexibility. This allows one to view the mind as a process and how to discover and pivot towards what matters in life. She is also willing to talk about the preparation and integration stages of one’s work with altered states for healing, as well as harm reduction techniques.

Stephanie utilizes creative and experiential techniques to help embody and fully experience skills and techniques to help with the learning process.

Self-discovery and learning are passions of hers. When she is not reading books, listening to podcasts, and going to trainings on philosophy, psychology, and altered states, Stephanie enjoys walking in nature, traveling, meeting new people, and playing any sport involving a racket and a ball (tennis, ping-pong, racquetball, pickleball, etc!)
