Amy helps clients find strength in their own stories, navigate the challenges they contain, and discover goals that feel authentic and achievable.

Amy is currently completing her Master of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling at Northern State University. She is passionate about the role of mental healthcare in personal healing and growth, and her training is grounded in a deep respect for the unique experiences each individual carries. Amy approaches her work with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in the transformative power of feeling truly seen and heard.

 

Amy takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach, aiming to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore life’s challenges at their own pace. She is particularly drawn to working with individuals navigating grief and loss, family and relationship issues, and those seeking support for general emotional wellness. Known for her warm, calming presence and thoughtful attention to each client’s story, Amy brings care and sincerity to every session.​​
