Now Hiring - Licensed Therapist
There's a better way to do things.
We repeatedly hear from practitioners within the community about their frustrations with the industry of mental healthcare. They often report that large systems are crushing providers and independent practice is too risky of a pursuit.
MHCS is an organization that values growth, collaboration, dignity, and competence. Above all, our organization is relationship-oriented. We think that this philosophy is the path to wellness for our community and the people providing our community's care.
If you're interested in becoming a member of the MHCS group, or would simply like to discuss the future of mental healthcare, please give us a call or send us an email. We would love to share more information about our company and vision, and are eager to hear about the work you've been doing.
Open Position - Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Employee-Based, Clinician-Led Group Practice (Minnesota)
Mental Health Counseling Services is an employee-based, clinician-led group practice serving Minnesota. We’ve spent the last 20 years building a practice designed for long-term sustainability—for patients, clinicians, and the organization itself.
Our Model
We are not a contractor collective, and we are not a high-throughput practice optimized for short-term income maximization. Our model emphasizes shared norms, transparency, and collaboration. We invest in systems and pooled resources that support good care, sustainable workloads, and clinicians having a real voice in how the organization functions. This approach isn’t for everyone, but it works well for clinicians who value clarity, shared responsibility, and durable work lives.
