Using to connect with your provider is a very straightforward process. Simply click the link next to your provider's name below, enter your name, enable audio and video, and you're in!

Coordinating Your Appointment 

How do I schedule my appointment?

  • You can call our main line to speak with our front desk staff to figure out a date and time that will work for you. You can also start a chat on our website or send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.

I am a new patient. What do I need to do before my appointment?

  • Please give us a call and we'll be happy to set you up. The front desk will collect demographic and insurance information from you, plug you in to our system, explain the process, and answer any questions you might have.

  • There are several forms with clinical information and history that you need to complete prior to your appointment. This can be done through our Patient Portal.

I'm having trouble connecting via Can my provider call me? 

  • Please contact our front desk staff if you are having technical issues. We will do our best to assist you, and, if appropriate, coordinate another means of conducting your visit.

I don't feel comfortable conducting my visit over the phone or computer.

  • We understand that some people are not comfortable with this solution and completely respect this choice. If you would like to wait to resume your visits until they can be conducted in person, please let us know. We are available if you need us.

What is and why are you using it?

  • is a website that enables healthcare providers to remotely connect to their patients to conduct an appointment with videoconferencing, which means both audio and video. We are using this solution because it was the easiest for our patients to set up and use. 

Is videoconferencing private?

  • The platform we are using,, is a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing solution. That means that the connection is secure and it meets federal privacy requirements. ​

  • Please make sure that you conduct your appointment from a place where you can discuss your mental healthcare privately. We cannot protect what people overhear from your end! If you do not feel comfortable where you are, let your provider know and they will help you coordinate another time to meet.

What browsers does work with?

  • If you are using desktop/laptop then Safari, Chrome or Firefox are compatible.

  • On an Android device Chrome is preferred.

  • On an iOS device Safari is preferred.

How do I pay my copay/outstanding balance?

  • Our providers do not have the ability to collect payments within our system. If you give us a call we can take payment over the phone. You can also make a payment online by click the button below. Additionally, we are picking up the mail periodically and processing any payments mailed to us. We will resume normal invoicing when we return to in-office work.

Anything else I should know?

  • We love providing your care in person.
