Philosophy

Jody feels that life can be stressful. She enjoys helping people develop the tools they need to become strong, more resilient individuals.

Her Practice

​

Jody is compassionate, intuitive and respectful. She is a an empathetic listener. Jody has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, including consulting for the last 4 years with medical staff to address complex psychiatric issues. In her practice she provides medication management to the general population. She has a special interest in geriatrics, SPMI and developmental disabilities.

In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
