Lisa is a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an approach that blends compassion and expertise. Specializing in individual therapy, she finds deep meaning in observing people’s progress and nurturing their relational growth.

 

Lisa’s professional journey has brought her to many types of roles within mental healthcare, a reflection of her commitment to the importance that different perspectives and approaches have in supporting our mental health. From conducting psych consults in hospital emergency departments to serving as a family therapist for Washington County, her career has been dedicated to offering people different ways of thinking and supporting individuals through their mental health journey. Lisa understands the crucial role that support plays in mental health and aims to make these resources as available as possible.

 

Central to her practice is the belief that healing is a collaborative journey, where therapist and client work together to identify past wounds, understand core beliefs, and develop coping strategies. Her approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are, fostering a space of understanding and empowerment.
