PRACTICE

Ted focuses on his client's strengths and core values, and collaborates with them to find their own answers. He believes in the power of choice, and that learning how to make good choices is key. Clients often say after working with Ted that they feel encouraged, empowered and able to face their fears, and they understand that fear is a choice, not a necessity. He assists clients in working through their personal barriers, so that they can be successful, present and happy in their lives and the lives of their families.

He particularly enjoys working with clients who are experiencing or facing a life transition, such as divorce/relationship challenges, work issues or career changes, spiritual questioning, and questions of life purpose or meaning.

Prior to working as a therapist, Ted spent 15 years working as an Account Manager for a large multinational company, so he offers a unique perspective to clients facing issues in their work or career transitions. He has also worked with a number of farmers and clients from agricultural backgrounds.
