Do you often feel overwhelmed by the weight of expectations, past hurts, or daily anxiety? As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Andrea helps individuals, couples, children, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. As a Christian, she welcomes opportunities to integrate clients’ faith into therapy, drawing from both clinical practice and biblical principles to support healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Andrea specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen relationships, improve communication, heal from past wounds, and build deeper, more lasting connections. She understands that navigating marriage and family life can require intentional effort and believes clients do not have to face those challenges alone. Whether preparing for marriage, working through a season of crisis, or seeking healthier family dynamics, she provides a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and work toward relationships that reflect their values.

Her clinical approach incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems approaches, and trauma-informed care. When desired by the client, she integrates these therapeutic approaches with biblical principles and prayer. She believes meaningful healing involves attending to the whole person, including mind, body, relationships, and spirit, and approaches therapy collaboratively based on each client’s individual needs, goals, and beliefs.

Andrea believes healthy relationships can reflect grace, redemption, connection, and unconditional love. For clients who wish to incorporate their Christian faith into treatment, she offers a space where spiritual beliefs can be explored and respected alongside professional clinical care. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves and one another, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and move toward greater connection and peace.

Outside of therapy, Andrea enjoys serving in her local church, antiquing and design, spending quality time with loved ones, and finding quiet moments to recharge.
