Bianca Bodine-Haag

LPCC, LADC

License Number

LPCC 3877

Bianca believes meaningful therapy begins with connection. She practices from a person-centered, strengths-based approach grounded in curiosity, humor, and mutual respect. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood while building the trust necessary to engage in difficult conversations, personal growth, and lasting change. While Bianca values honesty and directness, she believes therapeutic rapport comes first, allowing challenges to be explored collaboratively rather than judgmentally.

Bianca has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has worked extensively both facilitating DBT skills groups and supporting individuals through the original manualized treatment model. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and welcomes the opportunity to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences when appropriate. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Bianca approaches substance use from a harm-reduction perspective, partnering with clients to define and work toward their own goals.

As a member of the LGBTQIA2+ community, Bianca understands that identity, belonging, and safety can have a profound impact on mental health. She is committed to providing affirming, compassionate care and believes that all people deserve to be supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Bianca works with adolescents and adults ages 15 and older who are seeking support with life transitions, identity exploration, relationship and communication concerns, attachment issues, emotional regulation, crisis coping skills, trauma recovery, and substance use concerns.
