Craig Rice is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with individuals and couples facing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges. With experience spanning more than a decade in mental health counseling, Craig has worked with clients in outpatient, community, school, crisis, and telehealth settings. His areas of experience include anxiety, depression, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, relationship concerns, conflict resolution, and major life challenges.

Craig brings a compassionate, approachable, and practical style to therapy. He believes that a strong therapeutic relationship begins with creating an environment where clients feel comfortable talking openly about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. His approach combines careful listening and encouragement with direct guidance and feedback. Craig works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, recognize patterns that may be getting in their way, develop new ways of thinking, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Craig also has experience working with couples and families and understands that mental health concerns often exist within the context of relationships, family life, work, and other responsibilities. His goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them develop practical tools and a greater sense of confidence moving forward.

For clients who would like their faith to be part of the counseling process, Craig can also incorporate faith-based counseling into therapy. The role of faith and spirituality is guided by each client's individual beliefs, values, and preferences.
