DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

License Number

Lindsey is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who believes in the fundamental importance of accessible, human-centered care for all individuals. Rooted in a philosophy of attunement, empathy, and positive regard, Lindsey has developed a deep appreciation for the unique, lived experiences that shape each individual's mental well-being.

Before advanced practice, Lindsey worked with individuals in inpatient mental health and in the community with the peripartum population. These experiences solidified a passion for walking alongside people through major life transitions, complex trauma, and substance use disorders. Driven by a desire to provide safe, inclusive care, Lindsey pursued her advanced doctoral nursing degree to hone skills in both thoughtful medication management and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a particular passion for DBT-informed skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance.

In clinical practice, Lindsey approaches every story with curiosity over certainty. Recognizing that a failure to honor distinct life experiences can further mental health stigma, she actively addresses real-world barriers to wellness while respecting each individual’s unique belief systems and definitions of health.

Lindsey is dedicated to empowering individuals to actively participate in their own care, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, safety, and mutual learning. She strives to help clients overcome stigma, cultivate practical coping tools, and achieve long-term resilience and well-being.

Beyond clinical practice, Lindsey enjoys creating new cookie recipes, going biking, building LEGO sets with her kids, and lounging around with her two cats.
