Shauna is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with adolescents and adults navigating the effects of complex trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges. She believes healing begins within a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely validated.

Her approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. Shauna integrates somatic therapies with evidence-based practices to help clients understand how stress and trauma are held in the body while developing greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Together with each client, she explores patterns that no longer serve them, reconnects them with their strengths, and supports lasting change at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

Whether working with adolescents navigating identity, relationships, or overwhelming emotions, or adults carrying the impact of past experiences, Shauna provides a nonjudgmental space where each client's story is honored. She believes that symptoms often reflect adaptive responses to difficult experiences rather than personal shortcomings and strives to help clients cultivate self-compassion alongside meaningful personal growth.

Shauna's goal is to help clients feel more connected—to themselves, their bodies, and their relationships—so they can move forward with greater confidence, authenticity, and hope. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they rediscover their strengths and create lives that feel more grounded, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are.
