Communicate with Providers and Clinic Staff Between Appointments

Communicating with your provider in between visits is a vitally important part of the care process. The clinic staff at MHCS are here to help facilitate effective and efficient communication between you and your provider. We have implemented a variety of different means for you to share information with your provider and their support staff based on feedback from the people we serve.

  • Click the “Chat now” icon found at the bottom right corner of our website to send a message directly to clinic staff.

  • A convenient way to ask quick, general, non-emergent questions.

  • LiveChat is not secure/HIPAA compliant; please do not communicate sensitive information.

  • Receive response from clinic staff within no more than 2 business days, but usually right away!


Ask Your Clinic Staff

  • Complete the “Ask Your Clinic Staff” form found on our website’s main page under the location information to send a secure email directly to clinic staff to address and forward to providers as needed.

  • Send messages regarding medications/refills, scheduling appointments, and any other non-emergent questions.

  • Clinic staff will respond within 2 business days.

Please note that for your safety these forms of communication should never be used for emergencies. In case of an emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.


Other Features Available on the MHCS Website:

  • Direct access to the patient portal by clicking the icon below. If you have not set up a patient portal account and are interested, please call MHCS front desk for assistance.

  • Information about telehealth appointments and links to connect with your provider virtually by clicking the icon:

  • There is an option to submit a prescription refill request directly to the clinic to be addressed by your provider. Do this by selecting the “More” tab at the top right side of the main page, and then click the option “Prescription Refills” from the drop down menu. Read the questions carefully to determine the need to complete this form or call your pharmacy. 

  • Fill out intake forms and find printable documents by clicking:

  • Pay a bill electronically from the website by first clicking on the “Payments” icon then click “Make a Payment” and fill out form:
